FRIED RICE
Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish. Fried rice is a popular component of East Asian, Southeast Asian and certain South Asian cuisines, as well as a staple national dish of Indonesia and Malaysia. As a homemade dish, fried rice is typically made with ingredients left over from other dishes, leading to countless variations. Fried rice first developed during the Sui Dynasty in China and as such all fried rice dishes can trace their origins to Chinese fried rice.

Other Ingredients: Yolk 4pcs, Ham30g, Green Peas 30g, Corn Kernels 30g, Carrot 30g, Shrimp Meat 60g

Steps:
A, Preparation:
1, Get ready the steamed rice;
Remark:
a) Better select the long-shaped rice or new round-shaped one. Pear rice is the best choice.
b) Elutriate at first and cook until the hard core be vanished.
c) After cooked well, cool down and then wash up by water. After drained off, preserve in the refrigerator. Washing is to get rid of the sticky materials on the surface of the steamed rice, resulting with a better separation between the grains. Preserving in the refrigerator, better for one night, is to get a better chewiness.
2, Separate yolk from the egg white and blend it with the steamed rice well.
3, Chop the green onion into pieces and cut the carrot and ham into cubes.
4, Blanch Green Peas, Corn Kernels, Carrot cube and Ham cube and serve later.
5, Blanch the shrimp meat and serve later.
B. Stir-frying:
1, Heat up the pan with oil.
2, Pour the blended rice in and Keep tossing the wok and scramble over the medium flame.
3, Pour in the particles and cubes and then continue tossing until done.
4, Add in Food Seasoning Powder chicken by the amount of 5.5g and then stir-fry well.
5, Sprinkle the chopped green onion and then stir-fry well.
6, Dish up and serve hot.

Tips:
1, Should mix well when blend the steamed rice with the yolk. Should not turn the flame too high when the blended rice be poured in.
