How To Use
Seasoning: Min Shi Fu@ Marinate Mix(70g), Peanut Oil(appropriate), Honey(appropriate)
Cooking Utensil: Oven
Remark: the usage is 70g Marinate Mix and 70ml water for 1kg foodstuffs to be roasted.
STEPS:
1, Pour Marinate Mix into a bowl by 70 gram.
2, Add in clean water by 70 ml
4, Cut off the chicken head and feet, get rid of the viscera and clean up. ready for use in a basin.
5, Pour the barbecue sauce in the basin;
6, Dress the sauce inside and outside the body well.
7, wrapped in plastic and preserved in the refrigerator for one day and night. In the course, turn over the chicken twice so as to ensure the sauce absorbed fully;
8, Lay down the marinated chicken in a plate bedded with tin foil.
9, Daubed with a spoon of peanut oil on the surface;
